iPEK crawlers are suitable to inspect pipelines from DN 100 up to DN 2000 mm.  A large variety of modular accessories allows adjustment of the crawler configuration for the execution of many different inspection tasks. What all crawlers have in common is their robust design for use under adverse conditions, the intuitive operability and the quality construction, which has continuously been improved over decades in close cooperation with operators and customers.

The application area of the RX400 crawler ranges from DN 400 up to DN 1300 (optionally up to DN 2000)

The ROVION pipeline inspection system is equipped with a manual cable reel with a 200 m solid camera cable. The cable reel holds max. 200 m of robust camera cable and offers winding support to allow the camera cable to be wound up to the cable reel quickly and cleanly. Additionally, you can mount your control panel to the optional telescope bar during an inspection (*RMX200 Only).

RLX200/RMX200

EXTENSION CABLE REEL RLX200/RMX200 (SET) UP TO 2X200 M

Pipes which cannot be reached easily can be inspected from the inspection vehicle by using this set of reels. The set consists of a modified RLX200 cable reel and a modified RMX200 cable reel with up to 200 m of camera cable each. The manual cable reel RLX200 serves as an extension reel for the manual cable reel RMX200. The control panel is connected to the RLX200 and the crawler to the RMX200. Using a switch the RMX200 can be used either in extension reel mode or in stand-alone mode. Both manual reels are made for portable applications and ensure high stability.

RMX100

MOBILE CABEL REEL UP TO 100 M & CONTROL CASE

The mobile inspection system RMX100 is particularly suitable for the inspection of manholes and pipeline systems where space is limited or access to the inspection site is difficult. Depending on the crawler and camera used its application range starts at DN 100; cable length is 100 m.

To achieve the required flexibility and mobility a complete inspection system can be integrated in just two cases. The control case ERMX100 accommodates the built-in control electronics for the cable reel and a mount for the iPEK operating panel VISIONCONTROL VC200. The second case, the drum case, contains the removable manual cable reel RMX100 with 100 m of high-tensile camera cable.


Additionally the drum case provides space for the storage of a small crawler with camera and additional accessories.

For convenient transportation of the mobile inspection system RMX100 to the inspection site, the drum case is designed as plastic trolley with stable rollers and a telescopic rod. The control case ERMX100 can be placed above the drum case and attached to the trolley for transportation.

No matter if a simple axial camera or a model with fish-eye lens or a system equipped with 120x zoom and endless rotation: you can customize the iPEK system according to your specific requirements. RCX90

The pan & tilt head camera RCX90 has a 10 x optical zoom and additionally a 12 x digital zoom camera module. The camera has a pan range of ±135° and an endless rotation range.

SVC110

AGILIOS push camera system

 

POWERFUL AND MANEUVERABLE WITH HIGH PIPE BEND MOBILITY 

 

The AGILIOS™ pan & tilt push camera system consists of a coiler with a reinforced, yet flexible push rod of up to 90 m length, two control panels, various axial cameras and one pan & tilt head camera.

 

Depending on the application area and purpose there are two multi-functional and mobile VISIONCONTROL control panels - version VC200 or version VC50 - that can be used.


The extremely robust VC50 is the control unit suitable for inspections under harsh environmental conditions and the VC200 allows the user to carry out inspections according to predefined standards.

Coiler for the push camera inspection system AGILIOS™, version AR90II. It is used for inspections of property drainage systems and their connecting pipes leading to the main sewer but also for the inspection of main sewer pipes. Due to its extremely robust and splash proof construction the coiler is eminently suitable for the use under harsh conditions and in all weathers. The maximum length of the rod is 90 m.
